The Privacy Policy applies to all active pages on  (the “Site”) as well as subsidiary or affiliated companies under the DND LLC umbrella. Personal Information, Financial Information and Sharing

The Site allows anonymous viewing of all public data on the Site. You may view the information on these pages without telling the company who you are. Additionally we may also collect information about your interest in our Troffer products, services, job openings or other transactions that you or your organization so we may better serve your needs in the future. Certain products may be available to purchase online. Disclosure of this data is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to surrender this information.   7. To the extent permitted under other the law, in cooperation with law enforcement agencies or for investigations into related public safety, as applicable.

Furthermore, should you submit your own unique content in any forum, social media or other online function on the Site, all personal information that you post on the Site becomes public domain and may be shared with other participants in the forum and can be used by DND LLC. in accordance with our Terms and Condition. We cannot prevent said information from being used by others in a manner which violates this Privacy Policy, the law or your personal privacy and safety.

For customers outside of the United States, please note that our Site is hosted on computer servers in the United States. Any personal data collected through our Site may be transmitted to the United States and other countries that might not provide an equivalent level of security precautions as the data protection mandates in your country of origin. Your use of the Site or submission of any personal data will constitute your consent to the transfer of your personal information outside of your country. Additionally, the recipient of personal information that you post in any blog or other online forum on the Site may be located in the United States or another jurisdiction that may not provide an equivalent level of data protection to the laws in your home country.

Policies on Non Identifying Information

Specific types of non-identifying information will be collected and stored automatically during each visitor's session on our Site, capturing information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. Such information may include, but is not limited to, data such as your web request, browser type, browser language, Internet Protocol (IP) address, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that uniquely identify your browser.
